1.2 Account Registration: To use certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

2. User Conduct

2.1 Prohibited Activities: When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality or its servers.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information about vehicles or any other content.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or offensive behaviour towards other users.
• Attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform.

3. Listing & Selling Vehicles

3.1 Vehicle Listings: By posting a listing you confirm you are the rightful owner or have authority to sell the vehicle, and you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

3.2 Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content, including copyrighted material, offensive language, or adult content.

3.3 Transactions: All transactions are solely between buyer and seller. Amir Group is not involved in any transaction and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of listed vehicles.

4. Privacy

4.1 Privacy Policy: Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to those practices.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: Amir Group owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 Use at Your Own Risk: The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of its content or its suitability for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Indirect Damages: In no event shall Amir Group be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Modifications to the Terms

8.1 Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.
